Sugar & Spice Sundays 012 %

So another week of LOTS of over time ... ive been starting at 8 every morning (which is 2 hours before i should start) and some nights finishing at 8, other nights going home at my normal time of 6 so i actually get to spend some time with the boy & also give my self a bit of a rest! Im actually enjoying doing the over time at the moment, but thats because i know its all for my holidayyyysss!!

So im super excited for next Friday as thats when were going booking our holiday, two weeks in Kenya & going on a safari with all the animals woooooo!!! Right i'll stop going on about it now, its not for another 8 months so i'll keep stum!!

Im trying to think of something super exciting to tell you that ive done this week & i cant think of ANYTHING ... i just have a boring life! My friday night consisted of my PJ bottoms, slouchy tops & trashy TV ... oh and a LARGE cup of T ... perfect! :)

My saturday conisted of working an 9-5, coming home, getting into my comfty clothes and ordering a takeaway :) So we decided on Domino's ...yummmyyyy!! We had the spend £40 get 50% off vouchers so me & the boy ordered away & 50 mins later it was delivered, they sent the same pizza twice (mexican hot, i ordered Americano) so the boy rung up and explained so they said they'll get an Americano out straight away and will be with us in 20 mins ... another 55 mins passed & still no pizza, so the boy rung up again and the manager said he wasnt sure if it had been sent & would make another & get it out to us asap ... so we waited and 30 mins later a pizza arrived, before the delivery boy drove away i checked & they sent another Mexican hot .. the boy gave it back to the delivery man & was for the phone for the 4th time explaining the situation so they apologised, said they'll send another Pizza & cookies as mine had gone VERY cold by now and also our next order with no limit will be free ... so Pizza at mine?? hahaha!! Another 30 mins my Pizza arriver, i had one peice and wasnt that hungry anymore!!

So today i relly wanted a lie in after being up at 5.50am for the last week and what did i go & do ... wake up at 7.30 ..wasnt impressed i was WIDE awake, i managed to snooze till aorund 9ish but was getting pretty bored by this time!! BOOO!! Got dressed & went for a walk around my local farmers market, got some gorgeous german choclate ...YUMMY!! Went to see my big sister as its her birthday then came home, robbed the boy's hoodie and decided to snuggle up to the radiator as its FREEZING!!!!

So back to work tomorrow for another 12 hour shift ... i just want to apologise for the lack of post's ... i'll be back properly soon i PROMISE!!!!

hahahha reading what ive just typed and nearly all my outfit belonged to my two best friends ... the only thing i wore of my own was my shoes, bag & jewellery ... oh well never mind!!! So this is the outfit i wore out with the girlies ... i had such a FANTASTIC night ... ive decided aswell im going to go out with the girls at every other Saturday night, i dont do it that often so im really looking forward to it :)

These are my bargain shoes i got in the January sales ... should of been £35 from newlook ... i go them for £7!!! BARGAIN ... there also mega comfty! the heel isnt mega high also they have a platform on the front so it feels your not actually wearing a heel at all .... my new favourite shoe's  .... i did plan on wearing my jimmy choo's  but they were just wayyyy to high & i knew i wouldnt be able to boogie all night in them hahaha!

Sugar & Spice Sundays 011 %

I know i know what your thinking a Sugar & Spice Sundays actually being posted on a Sunday!! SHOCK HORROR!! So this one is going to be like the one i posted on Friday just a little ramble really, im going to try and do a proper one as of Monday, a more structured post but i think i actually enjoy just rambling on if you's dont mind :)


So today ive literally done NOTHING, i got dressed, went to my local weatherspoons and had a breakfast as i was out last night with the girlies and had a fab night and wasnt feeling hung over or anything, so i met the bestie and off we went, after i'd eaten i started feeling all BLEUGHHHH, im blaming the food not the copious amounts of alcohol i had the night before hahaha!


So after breakfast we came home, put my onsie PJ's on and slobbed ALL day feeling all sorry for myself, i did feel up to having a little play around on the Kinect for the Xbox too, then slobbed for abit more!! My dad came round for abit, then my twin brother and his family came round for half an hour, so i decided de-slob for a while then as soon as they left again slobbing again!!


In my latest Sugar & Spice post i mentioned a little bit about my work & i got a few questions about it, i work in Motor Claims for a big insurace company... so at this time of the year when we have bad weather were just MEGA busy ... also they have schedulded staff in at weekends and because were so busy we can just go in & work what ever hours we want over time, and with it being double pay i usually do go in but i didnt this week, not with all the hours i worked last week!!


Next week im aiming to do as many 12 hour days as i can, so that will be me working from 8 in the morning till 8 at night but i will keep thinking it will be worth it at pay day when im paying off my holiday to KENNNYYYAAAAAAAA!!! Im sooo excited!


Anyway enough rambles ... i promise im going to try my hardest to post more regularly, Im going to schedule a post for Tuesday, an OOTN from Saturday, i'll also try to do some others too!!

Sugar & Spice Sundays 010 %

I know I know i know ive not posted in FOREVER ... 10 days to be in fact,if you follow me on twitter you'd know im working stupid hours at work, like 12 hours days ... were just so busy in my department at the moment so im helping out doing over time and also its alot of extra pennies too!!

So whats been going on in my life lately, not much, ive been leaving the house for 7 in the morning & getting in around 8.45/9ish so ive literally just not had enough hours in the day to blog or even catch up with all your lovely posts :( boooo!

So ive got LOTS of outfits planned to show you but the picture above is how ive been looking nearly every day when i get, home & out of my work clothes, take my make-up off & braid my hair ready for bed, and put on my pj's, this onesie is about 3 sizes to big but i LOVE it, i LOVE the that it had feet in it too. i know its not really blog photo worthy but its a photo hey, 

Ive finally decided where me and the boyf are going away on our holiday this year, i was sat at working flicking through a far away brochure looking at the Caribbean islands, then flicked over the pages and ended up on Kenya, it wasnt somewhere ive ever considered before and after looking at the stunning hotels and the fantastic safari's on offer i realised i needed to convince the boy he wanted to go too .... so we still havent booked anything yet but we've decided on Bamburi Beach in Kenya for 2 weeks in Sept with a 3 day safari and on the final night of the safari were sleeping at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. Im super excited, its very expensive but its a once in a life time thing, we've not got major commitments so i can justify spending a LOT of money hee hee!!

Ive also not done a YT video since like early December, i really enjoyed doing them but i just dont think they were for me, they were also really time consuming, i didn realise how long they actually took to film, edit, upload & all the shabaz! I may film randomly from time to time but i think with what little time i do have at the moment i'd rather concentrate on my blog :)

I'm not sure if im going in work tomorrow, i may go in and do a 9 - 2 as its double pay at weekend's so its like £100 for a few hours, im not sure yet though ... i might just have a cheeky lie in instead and take lots of pictures for blogs! Im out tomorrow night with the girlie's and i cant wait, just hope it doesn't snow like the weather man is predicting, im also debating weather to wear my jimmy choo's but there waaayyyyyy to high and im not sure i'd last all night in them ... im also gonna take lots of pictures so i can upload them on Sunday whilst im recovering!

So i know this has been a really rambley post, not very structured i know and expect the same on Sunday for Sugar and Spice sundays 011 :)

So thanks for sticking with me whilst ive not been posting as regular as i used to, but im going to try my hardest to get some for scheduled!!

So for christmas of one of my best friends i was spolit rotten :) I was so shocked on Christmas day when i opened my present and seen the little purple pouch with the words Disney Couture jewelrey written in gold writing.

 So i was bought Cinderella's carriage pendant which came with some crystal stud earrings. I think it is gorgeous, i actually wore it on Christmas day & also on New years eve. I also cheekily wore it for work the other day, wanted to show it off lol and got many compliments on it & everyone saying how cute it is!

I cant get over how gorgeous it is ... its quite heavy for a small pendant, i also think the detailing which has gone into it is FAB! Also its got me wanting to watch Cinderella, i thinki may just have to!

This is the first thing i own from the Disney Couture range but im now lusting after Disney Couture Jiminy Cricket 'Let your conscience be your guide' necklace, Disney Couture Enamel Pinocchio Pendant Necklace, Disney Couture 'Alice In Wonderland'  Queen's Crown Necklace and the list goes on & on & on but i wont bore you with that :)

Sugar & Spice Sundays 009 %

I know i know i havent done one of these since ... like a million Sundays ago ... the 19th December but because its me and im always late with everything it went up on the 20th December, So ive missed two Sundays ... SORRY, but it was the christmas period so thats my excuse!

I had a fantastic christmas, got lots of goodies but i didnt want to do a christmas haul post this year, im not sure why even though ive LOVED reading all of yours and writing all your presents down on my new wish list lol! I did write a little post about Christmas day which can be found HERE

So another post i havent done yet was my NYE outfit, it wasnt nothing really special as I was staying in and had a house party which was really good, eventful but really really good :) Also i did get a few snaps of my outfit, but there from pictures with my two bestie's,so im unsure weather to post them or not, also i didnt get a good shot of my make-up which sucks! :(

So onto the Sugar & Spice Sundays ...

Monday - So today i had planned to go & do something as the last two days i havent left the comfort of my nice warm sofa and i was begining to get cabin fever ... so as usual i had planned to get up nice & early but that didnt happen, didnt end up getting up till gone 10.30 :S ... lazy i know. Finally when i was up & dressed we went to meet my sister & neice for some lunch then a tad shopping, i also decided to weigh myself whilst in boots to see what i am before starting my diet. I decided whilst all the shops had a sale on to buy some running trainers. I picked up a few other bits & peices which i might do a collective Sale haul on ... or maybe a YT video ...mmm decisions! I also decided whilst its not raining, i might aswell put my new trainers to use & off i went for a run ... i havent done any physical excersise in MONTHS, actually thinking about it, it was the first week in Sept i last did any as i was then on holiday came back & my ashtma was horrendous, i only did a small run which nearly killed me, but it was a start.


Tuesday - I woke up today and my legs were KILLING me ... i so over done it yesterday ... booo stupid exercise, i was going to do my shred today but i didnt want to over do it! Also i looked outside the window and seen SNOW .. yea thats right, STUPID snow, we had quite abit, you couldnt tell the difference between the pavement & roads! So today was the 1st day back in work after the christmas and new year's ... so im still doing my phase return, only doing 10 whilst 3 but im getting back into things and am looking forward to doing 10-6 as of next Tuesday!! I also picked up a new diary for 2011 today, its pretty and from paperchase, ive also spent the night copying over Birthdays and my rota's blah blah blah (the usual bits)


Wednesday - I was at the hospital today for my follow up appoitment in regards to my asthma, my appoitment was at 11 but because it was uber busy i didnt end up getting seen till 12.15, which was abit rubbish but 1 thing came out of it, i didnt go in work, i was only in till 3 so by the time i would of got there it would of been pointless so im doing my hours another day! So ive spent the day taking lots of photo's of my blog post, catching up on all the stuff ive got recorded on sky+!


Thursday - Went to boring work, finished at 3 and went to meet the bestie for some lunch, we decided that Frankie & Bennies was calling our names, so we had the lunch menu & had a lovely afternoon, chatting away, gossiping, it was fab to spend some time with her! By the time i got home it was about 6.30 and i couldnt really be bothered doing anything really but the boy made me help take our christmas tree & decorations down, there should of been brought down on the 4th Jan but we couldnt be bothered hahaha! LAZYYYYY


Friday -Another early finish at work ... wooo finishing at 3 is FAB!! Shame next week im in till 6 :( booo! So tonight it was just a quite drink with a few friends in the local pub as its the boy's birthday on Sunday :) his youngest sister came too who's birthday it was today, it was her 18th so i thought it would be my duty to supply her with copious amounts of shots! It turned out to be a really good night, the boy enjoyed him self so thats all that matters! After leaving the pub we thought we'd take the boyf's sister into a local bar which plays alot of live bands, its an indy bar which i LOVE but some people may think its abit weird, we didnt end up getting home till around 2.30 ... whoopsie!


Saturday - I eventually got out of bed at 11.30 ... whoops, nothing wrong with a little lie in heehee! So me and the boy spent the day lazing around the house, catching up on the Darren Brown thing that was on TV the other night! Tonight consisted of a party for the boyf's sisters 18th, it was pretty good, a family affair really and she really enjoyed her self so thats what counts!! I wasnt feeling to good so i didnt drink much, just a glass or two of Rose!


Sunday - HAPPY BIRTHDAYYYYY to the boy!! He didnt ask for anything, and i knew he just wanted the money to buy some more gloves for training so thats what i did, i also said i'd booked a table for us both at Chiquito's and he was really looking forward to it, when we got there it was a little suprise, all his friends were sat there, he was so suprised, it was lovley, I also got him a birthday cake and Happy Birthday Candles ... it was such a ncie night, we ate pretty early then everyone came back to mine for a play around on the Kinect ... its FAB! probably the best thing ive ever bought the boy for christmas!

Dear Diary . . . =

So i thought i found the perfect diary this year, i went to buy it from WHSmiths with the boyf & he was like YUK stacey you are NOT buying that ... its like something out of the Da Vinci Code ... i thought it was quite grown up considering my diary from last year was bright pink so i thought i was being sophiscated.


So on Tuesday after work i trotted over to Paperchase in town and have a nosy through what they had, i thought i seen one i really liked online but after i seen it in person it wasnt for me, i knew i wanted something a tad more mature than bright pink with butterflies :) So i decided on this ...

Something i always make sure each weekday gets a full page, i tend to write so much down that if its two days per page it ends up looking all scruffy & over crowded, im abit picky when it comes to what it looks like. I like to have PLENTY of room!

Also i dont like it when they have all those pages at the beginning that are completly useless, like the bank holidays for every country, a map of the UK, converter pages, they just get on my nerves lol. So this one has only got a personal page, mini calendars for 2010/2012 and a full page for 2011 and then its straight onto the 27th December! Also in the back it had a these :

Ive already started copying over Birthdays, filling in my rota for the next 6 weeks and the usual rubbish i write in it! On twitter the last few days there's been so much hype for filofax's, now i think they are very pretty, especially the pink one, but after looking on the filofax website i dont think i could pay like £32 for the one i like!! I'd much rather spend £10 in paperchase!

I seriously cant praise this product enough, i heard alot of chatter about it on twitter but it wasn't till I read Kellys review over at Kelanjo.com i realised i NEED it in my life!

So the product i speak so highly of is of course Umberto Gianni's Backcomb in a Bottle.

So i thought i'd do a post like Kelly did, a before, during and after photo kind of thing, now me & Kelly have very different hair so i thought it would be nice to see how it compares :)

So my hair, long, straight, boring, flat ...

Spray abit under there ....

Also spray abit on this side ...

Use my fingers and kind of rough it up abit, i just put my fingers in my hair and move in circular motions, causing the hair to move around (this is how the magic happens lol)

oooo abit to much magic i think ...

And finally ... lots of volume & not one bit of back combing in site!!

Now i think the reason i love this product is because i have individual bonded extensions i cant really back comb my hair incase i catch a bond & backcomb the hair between the bond & my scalp if that makes sense, now it doesnt stay as big all day, but after a few hours just put your fingers back in your hair and rough it up abit & its like it was at 7.30am when you first did it!

I say a HUGE

Now this retails for £5.49 in Boots, but when i bought mine they were giving out vouchers with your receipt for £2 off haircare, so i went back round and got a 2nd one ... so i got two for less than £9 ... BARGAIN.

Whats your resolutions ?

Your New Years Resolutions that is?

So im not going to make lots of ridiculous resolutions that im never going to keep so instead i decided on these:

- To be Happy & smile all the time

- Get my body in a shape im happy with, so if that means losing a trillion stone or just 1/2 a stone then thats what i want to do, make sure my body is healthy and that im feeling happy about myself.

- I want to learn a new language, im thinking French because i studied that for 5 years whilst at school so ive got very basic knowledge and think that would be a good foundation to start.

So last year i did this BIG new years resolution list and had something each month to do and just checking back over my blog i didnt even keep it up for January!! So ive been thinking about the year 2010 ... I cant believe how fast it went, in April i turned 22, got really into blogging, started making my own youtube video's, went on a brilliant holiday to Cuba as i never got there in 2009 due to my stupid apendix deciding they wanted to come out and generally was happy most of the year.

So i hope everyone had a fantastic 2010 and is planning an even better 2011, thank you so much for all the support on my blog over the last year to and i hope to carry on throughout 2011!
