Thanks for commenting on my last post sending love for my dad being poorly, he's now back at home resting and watching the Wimbledon :) 

So since my last sugar & spice Sunday which i cheekily posted on Wednesday :S i haven't done a great deal, on Friday i had a wonder over to Mac in Selfridges for 3 things in particular, and they didnt have any in stock, i was after 2 shadows & a lipstick ... so i ended up getting two new shadow's for my palette, its coming along nicely now, i cant wait to complete it & show you all!!

I went into Primark on Saturday morning, i decided to be there for 9 when it open's to avoid the hectic Saturday crowd, i was suprised that there was other people in there for 9 but it was quiet enough for me to stroll around and not get annoyed, i only went in to get a few bikini's and sandle's for my holidays in September & ended up spending £90!! I only got bikini's, sandles and a brown straw hat :S WHOOPSIE!!

Im now currently sat in bed with the window wide open as the weather today in Manchester has been gorgeous, i was stuck in work for most of it but hey it made a change to look at the windows and it be sunny & blue skies instead of rain & grey!!! Also apologies for the photo, ive got no make-up on what so ever but i didnt want to not post this tonight!!

I wasnt planning on doing one of these this week, as i knew i wasnt going to get it up on Sunday and i didnt want to post another Sugar & Spice Sunday on a Monday, but im not home alone as the boy's at training and i thought i might as well quickly type one up!

So if you follow me on twitter you'd know the reason ive been mega busy & unable to blog is because my dad's been poorly, he's had his apendix taken out but like my op a while ago it didnt go to plan & he's still stuck in hospital!! Bad thing is that it happened whilst he was at work so he's currently in a hosptial 45 miles away from the town we live in & i dont drive so public transport is a bummer!!! Im trying to get up & see him at every opportunity, but working till 6 it just isnt possible for me to get there. I went up on both Saturday & Sunday and both day's didnt get home till gone 10, when ive been working in the day too its been alot for me!!

Also lately ive been super tired, im not sure what it is, all i do when i get home, is sit on the sofa & within 20 mins im fast asleep, im having early nights & sleeping all the way through but still waking up tired and being tired all throughout the day, im thinking i may need to get my blood's checked to make sure everythings fine & that ive not got no silly hormone in balance or any jazz like that!!

So im off work on Friday & if my pops is still in hospital i'll go up & see him & i'll make sure ive got some time to write some posts!! Thanks for hanging in there with me lovies!!!

= Pink Dreamer

I've seen this trend all over the blogger sphere and thought i'd do my own take on it, i decided to use Pink as my theme colour as i had the most different shade's so i was able to go from light to dark.

So i chose all Barry M shade's. I chose Shocking Pink,Coral, Pink Flamingo, Bright Pink & Peach Melba, i used Barry M Basecoat & Topcoat to stop any nail staining going on & to leave a glossy shine! I decided to do different on each hand, on my left hand darkest colour starting on the little finger & on my right hand darkest colour starting on my thumb. I really like the effect it has, its like the colour pattern is continuing on down my other hand!I

m super happy with the finished result, is bright, its summery and with the theme colour being pink its super girly!! Like all Barry M polishes, they last a good few days before they start to chip around the edges.  YUK look at the state of the dry skin & my cuticle's, no matter what cuticle care i use or hand cream the skin around my nails is getting worse (HELP)

Decided to have a little play about with my camera, i did a pyramid of PINK polishes!

I think the ombre nails would look really good in a shade of blue's and also black going through to white would look very edgy!!

Sugar & Spice Sundays 031 %

Another Sugar & Spice Sundays posted on a Monday! I had all good intentions of posting yesterday but i was just to busy in the evenings, i was singing my little heart out at the final Take That concert in Manchester :) I was in the directors lounge, on the comfy heated seats & all the champers i could drink! It was FANTASTIC!! Robbie totally stole the show, i think after the brilliant response he got from the fan's he'll have his own tour within 18 months!

On Friday i went to Alton Towers again with the girl's this time, it was alot busier than when i last went, but we paid for Fast Track Tickets so we didn't have to cue up! The weather stayed nice & clear for us, so no rain, it wasn't really warm but that didn't bother me, as long as it wasn't raining!

Ive had another long weekend off work, i went in on Saturday and did a few hours overtime but i was off Sunday, Monday & Tomorrow :) Im off to watch the X Factor auditions tomorrow, I cant wait to see what the new judges are like, apparently Gary Barlow is one of them ?? I cant wait, it should be fun, im watching it with the girl's so we can have a giggle!!

On another note can anyone believe were over half way through the year already, it has gone super fast!! Also why is it so cold, its Summer time & the sun's hiding away & not playing fair ... BOOOOOO!!! A short post i know but i dont want to waffle on just for the point of it!!

How nice was Glamour to us ? ? ? +

So i expected i was going to try and have to hunt these 3 goodies down but as i got off the train to go to work i decided to head into WHSmith in the train station & there was no Glamour Magazine's on the shelf, the boy was like just ask, just ask i i politely asked the assistant and he was like yea i remember the other day you was in here asking and you said you wanted all 3 so ive put them aside for you before i even got round to putting them on the shelf! WHAT A GEM!!!

So when i got into work i was showing off all my purchases & goodies a few of the girls rung WHSmith & asked them to save a few copies for them to run over & pick up on their lunch hours ... and the lovely sale's assitant did that no questions asked!! again WHAT A GEM!!!

Benetint is a rose-tinted lip & cheek stain, its a water like liquid which is very easy to build up the desired colour buy putting it on your cheeks/lips, blending it in & then adding a tad more for the colour you desire. DBenetint is a deep pink colour with a slight hint of red, perfect for that glassy red tint on your cheeks and built up on the lips for a statement pink/red lip.

Posietint is a poppy-pink tinted lip & cheek stain which works exactly the same as Benetint but is of a thicker consistency, kind of gooey like. Posietint is the typical barbie pink colour that everyone loves! You can just dab a bit on your cheeks and blend for that flushed natural look.

Highbeam is a luminescent complexion enhancer, according to the Benefit website this little beauty is known as the 'supermodel in a bottle'. Its a pinky colour when applied to the skin & after its blended it leaves you with a radiant glow, applied to the correct places it can certainly give you that 'supermodel in a bottle' look!

So were you lucky enough to get your hands on any of these ?? Was you one of the crazed ladies running through Tesco's up & down the magazine isles?!?!

Are you a refresher %

So for as long as i can remember i have been a lover of Baptiste's dry shampoo, Ive always re-purchased Baptiste Blush, it doesnt have anything to do with the smell im just drawn to the pinkness of the bottle!! Anyway whilst strolling round Superdrug i stopped at the Shampoo & Conditioner section and decided i needed some new shampoo as mine just wasnt doing its job (it was doing perfectly fine but i was in a spending kinda mood) and then i spotted this product from TRESemme, its their Instant Refresh waterless foam shampoo for dry frizz prone hair (what a mouthful)So Tresemme say this product is a perfect solution to cleanse and replenish hair without water. Waterless foam shampoo transform dry frizz prone hair into fresh hair that is clean, smooth & shiny.

So the product its self is a very light foam but can start to feel sticky on your hands before you start massaging it into the hair, it says to use 2/3 pumps for medium length hair, but this is just a guide line, as each persons hair different, different thickness etc. The smell of this product i think is quite citrusy, but after looking at the ingredients its got Grapefruit & Tangerine extracts, so hense the citrusy smell

So my two cents on this product ... i dont like it, i think my expectations were WWAAYYYYY to high, i wanted to use this product and my hair be exactly like it is after ive washed, conditioned, hair masked it but that wasnt the case. Now it say's instant refresh, i expected this product to at least get rid of some of the greasyness which was starting to appear but i feel it just added to it, it made my hair limp, lifeless and look more greasy than i started off with! I also feel it left my hair feel quite sticky, even after ive blasted it with the hair dryer to dry the product off!!

So i dont usually do bad review's, it just i think i was expecting wayyy to much of this, i might see if one of the bestie's want it, it might be different on their hair types, im thinking Baptiste will still be number one in my life!!

Ive gone & done it again and not posted a thing though out the week, im such a blogger fail at the moment. I really dont know where the past week has gone, one minute i was writing my Sugar & Spice Sundays 029 and the next minute its the following Sunday afternoon and im thinking where has the week disappeared too!

I went to watch Mamma Mia on Wednesday evening, it was FANTASTIC, i went with one of my bestie's, we went for a meal to at the gorgeous Felicini's and had numerous amounts of cocktails, my favourite being a Strawberry Bellini, it was gorgeous, it reminded me of a drink i could sit & drink sat besides the river on a lovely sunny day with the girlies!!

This weekend i decided not to go into work and have a few days off, so Saturday because the weather was lovely me & the boy headed into our local town and just wondered around for AGES, chatting & looking at all of our little town centre!! Saturday night we headed off out with the boy's mum, his brother & two sisters, we went for a carvery, it was lovely spending time with them all :)

Today consisted of sleeping in extremley late (11.10 to be exact) lazing around the house for a few hours then heading over to my sisters to see my Gran who has come up for a few weeks for down south! It was lovely seeing her, we all chatted for a while then headed out for another carvery, i think im all carveryed out for a long time ... it was delicious tho ... all those yummy vegies!!

Im off work tomorrow, im gonna try & take some pictures of a few OOTD's ive got planned and also take a few photo's and write a few other posts in the morning, then im off to the local fun depot with my bestie and her lil boy (my godson).
