% V05 Hot Oils ...

V05 hot oils are something i used to use on my hair all the time, i used to buy the individual ones when my hair was in dyer need or some TLC. After i had my extensions taken out i wanted to deep condition my hair so much before getting them put in the next day so i went abit crazy and bought like 4 hair treatments and did them all within a day!! So let me introduce you all to one of the 4 hair treatments ive bought :  V05's Hot Oil Moisture Soad Elixir ....
The thing that struck me as odd with this product is that you use it before shampooing you hair. I was thinking is it going to work if my hairs greasy, if my hairs got product in it?? So i got in the shower and i think instinct took over & i reached for the shampoo then realised no Stacey hot oil first lol, i poured a small amount into my hands, rubbed it in and then worked through my hair, starting at the tips and working the remaining amount upwards, with this being a oil i was extra careful not to get it on my roots / bonds as i defiantly didnt want those going soft or sliding out.
Now V05 say that this Moisture Soak Elixir reconstructs damaged hair in 1 minute, there slogan on the back is Harness the power of your shower, it states to :
♥ double the strength of your hair to reduce breakage

♥ seeks out & binds to weak sites of every strand

♥ Removes 75% more chlorine than shampooing alone
You dont have to use much of this product as its distributes really well & evenly through out your hair, i cant comment if it double my hair strength but it did make it more manageable, im thinking maybe after pro-longed use i'd be able to see a difference in my hairs strength & to see if any of the damage from the heat is less noticeable??

Random : The name of this product Moisture Elixir totally reminds me of the song in the film Sweeny Todd Pirelli's Miracle Elixir, as ive been writing this post i keep singing it in my head, well singing the first line as thats all i can remember lol!!!

Whats your favourite hair care treatment?? Im seriously loving hair care at the moment!!! As always thanks so much for reading & commenting!!!

Sugar & Spice Sundays 039%

I cant believe how fast the weeks are going, it literally seems yesterday i was typing my last Sunday feature!! Before we know it Christmas will be here :) super excited as i LOVE Christmas, i love build up to it, the way Manchester turns all twinkly and the Christmas market is there & we have mulled wine & hot chocolate & baileys yummy! But we've got like 4 months till its Christmas so i better stop waffling on lol!!

Im actually being really cheeky & typing this up at work ... whoopsie!! But its super quiet on Sundays, skeleton staff & like one manager who sits miles away from me lol!! Im suppose to be doing lots of admin work but im to busy reading all your blog posts hahah!!

Im currently obsessing over Ed Sheeran, his album is due to release on I tunes at the beginning of September, ive been listening to him constantly at work on YT, its totally made my day go so fast! My favourite song is Team A, the lyrics, his voice & the video just leave me speechless.

Im now currently lay on my sofa, hair in a top knot, hence the photo, in my slobbing clothes as ive worked all weekend as overtime to get some spending money for when we go away in September, the boy's just given me a foot rub too .. bless him!!

Not much more to say really, i dont want to start really waffling more than usual lol so ive got a scheduled post for tomorrow so keep your eyes peeled!!

Mr Frieda how i love thee +

John Frieda is an English celebrity hairstylist and also owner of the John Frieda collection of hair care products. I think his most popular range of hair care product's is his Frizz Ease collection. His product's are all fantastic quality aswell as very affordable prices ranging between £3 to £7.
Now the 3 product's im going to natter on about are all from the Frizz Ease collection, because ive got the wildest frizzest natural hair ever, thank god for straightners is all i say hee hee!! Most of the time Boots have got offers on the John Frieda products, usually 3 for 2 so you could snap all these 3 goodies up for around £12 which i think is a BARGAIN!!
Frizz East Critical Care Miraculous Recovery Strengthening Creme Masque ... wow what a mouthful that was, but it literally is what it says on the pot. They sat it should leave your hair strong, silky and shiny. Its a hair masque that i slather all over my hair after washing it, sometimes i just leave it on for a few minutes, other times i leave it on for upto 20 mins when i want to give my hair that bit more TLC.  Now because ive got long hair i usually only get about 3 uses out of a tub this size, but i only use it every 2 weeks so its not to bad. One thing i have to be careful of when using such nourishing masques on my hair is to try and avoid getting them on my hair bonds as i dont want my extensions sliding out on me lol!
The Frizz Ease hair serum has been a staple product in my hair care routine for aslong as i can remember, i remember i used to pinch a few pumps of my mum's when i was younger. Now i used to only use the original one but the one i swear by now is the Extra Strength Formula, come on we all want stronger hair dont we?? I use 2/3 pumps of these on my wet hair (ive got very long & thickish hair), concentrating more on the tips of my hair and then working the remaining amount through the roots of my hair trying to avoid my hair bonds. This product leaves my hair alot smoother and easier to manage.
Now this isnt normally a product i'd usually buy but i was hoping for Kardashian style glossy looking hair so i got the Frizz Ease 100%Shine Glossing mist, according to Mr Frieda it adds a high gloss shine to your hair, do i agree ... YES!! Its a weird product as you'd expect it to leave your locks looking greasy but it doesn't, it gives your hair just enough shine to look natural & not greasy. A good thing about this product is that it doesnt build up in your hair & it isnt at all greasy!!

I couldnt imagine my hair care routine not including these 3 products, obviously there's other bits i use in my routine which i will be reviewing over the next few weeks so keep your eyes peeled!

So whats your staple hair care item ?? Anything you think i should be adding into my current routine ?? Thanks so much for reading & commenting!!

Sugar & Spice Sundays 038 %

Ive come to the conclusion that im done with Summer in the UK, roll on Autumn i say, i cant wait to wear layers again, lots of lots sleeved tops, chunky cardigans, scarf's, hats (to hide bad hair days). Also im loving the colours for Autumn too, wheter that be the colours of the clothes that are around of the colours around in general, the tree's turning that gorgeous burnt orange colour :)

Im currently totally obsessed with two completley different TV series, Pretty Little Liars season 2, Oh Em Gee i literally cant get enough of it, i have the soundtrack on my iphone too and ive been listening to it on repeat ALL day, its got me through working today!!
Also im loving Game Of Thrones, its not normally a series i'd watch but again like Pretty Little Liars im loving watching it, i think i also enjoy it as the boy watch's it too so we get to watch to together :)

As always im working like a trillion hours each week, im trying to do as much overtime as i can before payroll cut off in September so we have LOTS of spending money to take away with us to Kenya, were both after a little splurge in Duty Free too, i want a new perfume, a few MAC bits & also im after a pair of Rayban aviators & i think the boy's after a few new goodies too!!!

Im still currently doing the Dukan diet, ive been on it just over 2 weeks and have already lost 12lbs ... im super proud of myself but i literally owe it all to Mr Dukan lol, the diet is literally fool/fail proof! Im gonna do a seperate post on that once ive hit my goal weight, only bad thing is that im literally dropping lb's & my holiday stuff is going to be to big :S Whoopsie... oh well im sure it'll be fine!!!

Im just totally R U B B I S H ! ! !

(incase you've forgotten what i look like lol)
I cant believe how bad ive been these last 3/4 months blogging wise ... I've got so many blog post's im needing to write but im just totally struggling to find the time!!

Im that behind ive actually got my hair post all written up its just finding the time to take pictures when the lighting is pretty good, i actually had my hair re-done 2 weeks ago so that proves how behind i am with things.

Ive actually got a list of all post's im waiting to write, and there's about 20 different one's and then there's about 10/15 different outfits ive been wearing i want to share with you all!!

I just wanna say a HUGE thanks to everyone who has still stuck with my blog over the last postless weeks/months ... it really means alot that your sticking with me, i promise i'll get back into the habit, i really miss spending a few hours a week catching up on all your latest post's, finding out whats going on in the blogging community and having me time to write my post's which is something i really enjoy doing!!

Im not sure if this has been posted all over the internet already but im totally disgraced at the way a small minority of the country has been behaving, all these riot's have been horrendous, ive been trying for the last few days to get my head around it all & i seriously cant do it, i dont understand the reasons behind it. What gets me even more is that after it all happened in London people decided to copy and do it in other citys! As you all know im from Manchester and i work in the city center and it was so scary on Monday coming home from work, i was twitpic'ing lots of pictures for everyone to see such the devastation and the amount of hooded/masked youths hanging around!! Scary!!

So im gonna try and do some more blogging on Sunday after work, gonna get some batteries for my camera, snap away and spend my evening sat on my bed with a large cup of T and start working my way through all my posts!!!
